So we made it

I got 3 small boys on a plane at 6 am to Adelaide by myself (with the help of a lovely friend who drove us to the airport at 430am) and I have lived to tell the tale. It was no mean feat. The boys had asked for me to buy them up and go milk drinks to have before we got to the airport. One sip and they all decided they didn't like them one bit. But I had bananas as a back up. Tristan ate an entire box of tic tacs, and slept for about 45 min.

Here is Tristan meeting Charlie for the first time.

Needless to say he was in love with him.

Charlie wanted to eat Tristan. Not really he prefers toys and Disney princesses and solar lights.

When Charlie's brain has caught up to his body they will be good buddies.
I feel.
It was such fun staying with the sams, we have never done that before, the kids all got on famously, even at times Tristan taking on Ethan who is as tall if not a little taller than Elliot. A few times Tristan would go up to. Ethan and hit him on the head or grab what he had, sorting out the pecking order! It was hilarious to watch.
Amelie and sebastian were inseparable, and Chloe Ethan and Elliot bumped around together sometimes in pairs sometimes as a trio but pretty happy go lucky. Elliot certainly matched Ethan in physicality and they both had great fun tackling and tickling each other.
Adelaide did not turn on summer for us, one day it was so cold and wet and windy and rainy that I felt like I was in the Uk. But that was awesome. We were hit in the face with the humidity when we got back today.
