made a new dress for a wedding, from my japanese craft book, with mums help and another trip to spotlight. the strips on the bottom werent in the original plan. but I made it too short and really wanted it to be a dress not a top. It turned out great after a lot of tweaking.
I like the bands at the bottom. Looks great. I made a dress today out of a singlet and an old skirt. Not as pretty as this one!
